Tutorial for Geolocation mobile client and API with WCF and Azure

This will be the first part of the simple geolocation mobile MVC4 app.
We will build WCF Restful service for that and deploy to azure in this meetup. We will talk about Azure deployment, WCf REstful services, and integration tests.
Next series will have other components.
