Do you make iPhone Apps? Are you a designer who would like to but doesn't know where to start? Are you a programmer who would like to meet designers? Do you have a crushing idea and some skills to share and want to find other people to work with? Are you just really, really excited about emerging technology? We're trying to bring together the budding iOS development community in Winnipeg to exchange ideas, network, and generally support each other. All disciplines are open from graphic and motion graphic designers, programmers, web designers or developers, UI specialists, students, marketers, new media producers, entrepreneurs, filmmakers, artists, really enthusiastic users, or anyone else with a strong interest in the iPhone/iPad as a platform or media device.

This group is sponsored by Tactica Interactive.

"I made my first app 2 years ago while on maternity leave. I was curious about the whole process and how difficult it would be to make an app. I had zero programming experience but thanks to Google and YouTube I was able to make my first app."

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
