Walking the Wiccan Path: One Step at a Time

Wicca Once a Week is for witches, Wiccans, pagans, and anyone who is interested in introductory level classes in the Wiccan religion.

This on-going course in Introductory Wicca started in July 2009. Classes are held in the evenings, beginning at 7 p.m. There is a weekly talk/lecture given by the Organizer, of 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration, followed by a 15 minute break. The rest of the evening, until 9 p.m., is devoted to an open discussion circle, which remains focused on the original topic for the week.

You may have a friend, sibling, spouse, or offspring who is Wiccan, but you've never really found out that much about it yourself. This would be a good way to learn the basics. You will be able to converse comfortably on the subject with your friend or relative, without necessarily having to dedicate your life to Wicca and/or Paganism.

On the other hand, if you are interested in becoming an Initiated Wiccan Priest or Priestess, please discuss this with Wisewoman Spirit Bear when you attend your first class, or when you join the Meetup group. There are special requirements, over-and-above attending the classes and discussing the topics, which are explained in detail to initiation-stream participants.
