How Could I Be Wrong?

Pick any controversial issue and most of us are likely to have an opinion … sometimes a strongly held opinion.  In most cases, we feel at least reasonably certain our opinion is the “correct” view.  We generally feel that those who hold a different view are, in some sense, “wrong”.  More to the point, we find it very difficult to believe WE could be “wrong”.  We, after all, are intelligent, well-informed, and completely logical <smile>.  So, how could WE be “wrong”?

Join us as we discuss exactly that point.  Join us as we discuss the MANY ways in which we can arrive at the “wrong” answer, or at the “right” answer, but for the wrong reason(s).

This is a reschedule of a meeting initially schedule for February 10th.  That meeting was cancelled due to unfavorable weather.

Well, Vernon, I was wrong. I didn't get a flake of snow at my house. Tell me it snowed near Garden of Gods and I 25 where we were supposed to have a group dinner.

I thought I made a mistake once, a long time ago. But I have since learned that I was mistaken about having made a mistake, so I was therefore wrong (Once).
