Climate Change / Global Warming

With every bout of extreme weather, the debate about climate change / global warming resurfaces among the general populace. Some contend “See! It’s happening.” Others counter, “There have ALWAYS been periods of extreme weather. This means nothing.” Among those who believe the climate is, indeed, changing, there is disagreement about who or what is responsible for the change and what, if anything, should be done about it.
