NetLogo (http://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/) is a multi-agent programmable modeling environment. It is used by tens of thousands of students, teachers and researchers worldwide. NetLogo has been used to model application ranging from art to mathematics, and from biology to computer science. In this workshop Frank Duncan will introduce NetLogo and guide us through creating our own models.
The material will be aimed at people who have at least introductory programming experience.
The fee for this workshop is $20. Scholarships are available. Lunch will be included.
