Hello Everyone,
I have been asked by numerous sources for a list of names of women that are comfortable speaking about tech and entrepreneurship in the Chicago area enough that I created a list I can direct people to. If you are interested in Changing the Ratio of male to female speakers at tech conferences and events, I encourage you to fill out the attached google form with you name, email, and area of speaking expertise.

In other news, our next meetup is at the new start-up co-working space 1871 in the Merchandise Mart, it's an amazing space with an amazing mission of bringing the Chicago tech community together to support and learn from each other. I hope to see you there! http://www.meetup.com/WomanDevelopers/events/60013182/
Also, just a heads up, this summer's class curriculum is centered around learning to build a web and mobile application starting with Ruby then onto Rails and so forth. We are all about project based learning so will be building a working prototype together. If you are interested in creating mobile apps, or websites that do more than just look good, keep your Monday nights free from June to August for our Awesome courses. http://www.meetup.com/WomanDevelopers/events/58964122/
Happy Tuesday!
Melissa
