Coursera offers a bunch of slightly advanced CS topics, but the CS101 class is started yesterday April 23. Sign up for an account and check back periodically. They also have a bunch of econ, and other classes. This is an amazing resource.

Udacity is offering their CS101 class started April 16: They are also offering a few other slightly more advanced classes as well CS212 Design of Computer Programs, CS253 Web Application Engineering and CS262 Programming Languages.

For other online resources that you can play with at your leisure:

Codingbat is a great place for beginner coding practice in java or python. Most of the online classes are for python because its becoming the standard language academically for learning to program, but this is a good Java resource.

For Java Greenfoot is the best environment I've seen. They have a great getting started online tutorial, and the book they wrote is terrific but not free.

For web stuff Hackasaurus is a great place to start

Codecademy just released lessons dedicated to html and css for building a website. I'd also encourage you to checkout their earlier Javascript lessons, but if you'd like to jump into html this is a great opportunity. (This is not my favorite site.)

For the more social legal side of technology this class is great. There's a syllabus with links to readings, and blog entries from students about relevant current issues
