Did you know? According to Nielsen (http://www.nielsen.com/us/en/insights/news/2015/2015s-top-new-years-resolution-fitness.html), the most popular New Year’s resolution of 2015 was “stay fit and healthy.”

We want to help you with that! In January, we’re switching things up a little and we hope you will join us for a special Women Who Code fitness event, Women Who Strength Train. The purpose of this workout session is to introduce classic strength training in a simple and easy-to-adapt format.

We will be hosted by Joshua Sabraw, a Portland-based strength coach and founder of Form & Function (http://pdxtraining.com).

We will have a group warm-up, a workout, some healthy snacks (post-workout fuel), and optional evaluations.

Come dressed for a workout!
