Women Writing for (a) Change, Jacksonville, presents, “Feed Your Creative Soul," a writing and creativity retreat based on Kay Adams’ program, “Journal to the Self.” Held at the beautiful studio space of artist Sarah Crooks Flaire, we’ll be writing with Jennifer Wolfe, art-making with Sarah Crooks Flair, and eating organic food from the Down To Earth Farms. We will nourish our creative selves and use that energy to change our lives in large and small ways.

We’ll begin with an evening reception on Friday, May 30, and continue with the workshop Saturday and Sunday, May 31 and June 1, with open space for art-making and a group dinner in Riverside Saturday night.

Come join us for this special event in Jacksonville and creatively nourish your writing, your art, your breath, and your life. Tuition: $225, includes materials and refreshments. Dinner separate.

Journal to the Self: Discover the writer within you!

This is a journal writing workshop for personal growth, creative expression, and life enhancement. Women and men are both invited to attend this life-changing event.

Learn different ways to write in your journal, adding color, perspective, and dimension to your reflective writing. With the help of these journal tools, you can gently but powerfully explore the various aspects of yourself, your life, and your relationships with others.
