Beach Meditation

Come tune in to yourself and the ocean currents.

A short guided meditation for opening and connecting to our highest self will be offered. Then we will meditate together in silence, listening to Nature around us and inviting that quiet within.

Bring a mat/blanket/towel to sit comfortably on the sand. Meet on the beach near 18th Ave in Pass-a-Grille. Feel free to join in if you arrive late.

In the case of inclement weather, this event is cancelled.

Public restrooms are at 16th Ave & Gulf Way. Free parking is available after 5pm on side streets perpendicular to the beach. Numbered parking spaces parallel to the beach are $1.50/hour until 8pm. Remember that if you plan to drive on the Pinellas Bayway in route to Pass-a-Grille, there is a $.75/direction toll.
