Introduction to Taijiquan (Tai Chi)
Details
This class offers an introduction to the fundamentals of Tai Chi exploring posture and movement from a Tai Chi perspective, how to build a solid foundation for practice, one or two Tai Chi postures and the benefits of Tai Chi in terms of mind, body and spirit.
The focus will be on the Yang Style 24 posture form.
Places will be limited to 10 people due to space.
This introduction to Tai Chi is offered free and donations to the BE Energy Center are always welcomed.
