Let's meet on Sunday morning for a variable distance long run. You can run the full distance with us or drop off wherever will fit your objectives.

Meet us at the Starbucks in Sunnyside (north side of Queens Blvd. and 46th Street) at 9:00am. We will head out for a 5-10 mile run - you decide your distance. Please see the event comments for details about the route and other specifics.

We will aim for about a 9:30-10:30 min/mile pace. Please be sure that you can comfortably run your chosen distance at this pace without stopping. This is for your safety and to allow others in the group to meet their training objectives. You may wish to bring water/fluids/etc., if you feel you'll need them along the way.
