Having lots of fun while meeting new people and engaging in some crazy exercise through the amazing sport of... ULTIMATE FRISBEE! This group is geared around the 20s/30s age bracket, but anyone who wants to play hard is invited.

No experience necessary...just know how to throw and catch a frisbee AND run! Easy game...we'll go over the rules and you'll catch on by playing. Feel free to invite friends and family by indicating guests on your RSVP!

Always bring lots of water and sunscreen (if necessary). And we use dark/light shirts to distinguish the teams, so please bring a shirt of each color. We play rain or shine (no thunderstorms though!) FYI, these are pick-up games and we'll probably play for an hour and a half or two each time we meet...depending on the energy of the players. ;) Endurance is a great quality...

Please note that in planning these events, we look for a minimum of 8 people (if we don't get that, we'll probably cancel). E-mails are sent out telling of such things (but cancelling doesn't happen all too often).

FYI--This group was started in April 2008 with a cohort consisting mainly of UMass medical students from Worcester. We've grown to include many more. All are welcome :). And we'll be including other fun things too as always ;)...rock wall climbing, ropes courses, adventures in hiking, eating out after games, etc. Let us know if you have any ideas for activities...
