WorldFest Welcomes Bruce Cockburn!

Bruce Cockburn Singer/songwriter extraordinaire, Bruce's songs have been covered by the best (Jimmy Buffet, Chet Atkins, Third World, k.d. lang, Barenaked Ladies, Jerry Garcia). His recent forays to Mali and Afghanistan brought his blend of folk, blues, jazz and rock to legions of new fans while informing his detailed observations on the human experience. As a guitarist, he is simply considered among the world's best. The New York Times called him a "virtuoso on guitar," while Acoustic Guitar magazine placed him in the esteemed company of Andrés Segovia, Bill Frisell and Django Reinhardt. We just call him a superstar and are proud he is joining us at WorldFest, solo, just Bruce, his guitar and amazing words . . . welcome Bruce!
