Why do you want to write?

Software engineering is a creative profession, but the subject matter tends to be quite limited and dry. After 25 years in the business, I'm bursting to get out of the corporate environment and write imaginative fiction for a living.

What do you expect from a Writers' Group?

I know that no matter how fabulous my writing sounds to me, it always contains flaws that others can spot more easily than I can. I want feedback to improve my writing so that it can sell better or I can feel confident enough to self-publish it. I also want to feel that I am part of a community of writers who help each other grow and meet our goals.

What kind of writing are you working on now?

Working on a new SciFi novel using the snowflake method.

Tentatively thinking about doing some writing again. Would also like to see you guys again.
