The art of Pu Dao Kung-Fu (Pudaoquan) addresses the whole person, not just body mechanics. Success in a violent encounter depends on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—being fully present and integrated. Pu Dao Kung-Fu works from the inside outward. Meditation is the foundation of Pu Dao Kung-Fu.

Pu Dao Kung-Fu uses a tranquil, focused mind to enable the practitioner to act spontaneously. Unlike most martial arts, which rely on isolated muscle groups to produce force, Pu Dao Kung-Fu uses the entire body for maximum impact.

The tactics of Pu Dao Kung-Fu are simple and directly to the point. The objective is to avoid the enemy's attack, moving forward with nimble footwork to smash into his core and crush it.

Most importantly Pu Dao Kung-Fu is an internal martial art. Training in Pu Dao Kung-Fu will leave you with a relaxed, fit, healthy body; a clear and tranquil mind; and a calm confidence that you are able to handle anything in life that comes your way.
