Hello World Day

How about a Hello World on Android and iOS using your favorite language C#? Thats exactly what we intend to start you with during this event. You don't have to know Java and Objective C to write android and iOS apps anymore. Everything can be done in C#. There are some new things on how to do it in these sessions.

We have planned following sessions for you

• Android Hello World using Xamarin

• iOS Hello World using Xamarin

• Cross Platform Hello World using Xamarin (Share almost 80% code between Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows 8 etc)

Let the learning begin :)

@kamlesh, Install Xamarin, Configure API for 17 or 18. Use GenyMotion for Android Emulators (recommended) or Intel Image or Actual device (best).
