Inner Tools & Distinctions we can harness while at Rest (in meditation), and in every moment of our day.
These Practices grow our inner peace & power, providing leverage for full and playful participation in our world.

We all face challenges.
While we dream of powerful self-expression and our heights of contribution in our world, we trip over the molehills within.

Within us all is a beautiful seed of all our tremendous possibility.

In this meditation workshop, you have the opportunity to:

- learn and practice some basic inner techniques;
- share, if you choose, your experiences a couple times during this session; but
- mostly you will quietly enjoy letting go and experiencing your inner world.

Individual Aura & Chakra Healing Sessions will be offered before we start (~3:30-4pm), at breaks, and after we end workshop (~8:30-9pm)

This evening is as a spiritual playtime for all who are interested. Please bring your friends! And snacks or potluck that can sit out on the table.

Sliding Scale $45 - $90: Value of Workshop $75, Value of Aura & Chakra Healing $15.
