Learn to crunch numbers!

Buying the property is the easy part its the deals you walk away from that make you rich! Over the past 6 months we have learn about goal setting, strategies, negotiating, leverage and how to be more sophisticated as an investor. This month we will be looking at further increasing that sophistication level further by looking at how to crunch the numbers. People are often scared of numbers (likely due to Pythagoras at school!) do not fear as we will be going over the meaning, workings, applicability with real life examples. If you have strict guidelines with your numbers when investing it will make you all the more efficient at narrowing down deals it will also allow you to work on making these numbers more favorable by adding other investing skills! Remember at the end of the day property is a vehicle for making money and allowing to gain back our time and offer us security.
