“The Microsoft Store is located inside the Pacific Centre mall directly below Nordstrom and across from Kate Spade. The closest entrance into the mall is on the corner of Robson and Granville, but please do arrive prior to 7 pm as the doors lock at 7pm promptly. If you arrive after 7 pm, the best entrance to use will be the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain Station entrance into Pacific Centre mall.”
