Giving Turbolinks a Second Chance

Much maligned and often ridiculed, Turbolinks is usually the first gem
removed from the Gemfile of a brand new web app. But how bad is it,
really?

Let me take you on a two-part journey through the series of events that
led our team to give Turbolinks a try, followed by the creation of a
working Turbolinks application using the upcoming Rails 5 features.

We've traded time slots with YYCjs for the month to allow them the opportunity to host a special guest speaker.
