Yoga is a gift, it's a philosophy, it's a way of life. It's much deeper than what you see on the surface of the physical aspect of it but it's up to you how you'll see and experience it. You use certain position of the body, the breath, the concentration to reach deeper in the spiritual practice and experience the more subtle realms of your mind.

The main style of yoga of this group is vinyasa which is a dynamic type of yoga. Vinyasa means to place in a specific way, on certain breath. All the asanas (poses) are linked together with the breath in a dynamic sequence which creates heat clearing energetic blockages, improving the blood circulation, working on the nervous system and it has profound effects on the body.

The purpose of this group is to get people interested in yoga together - the ones that have already found the joy of yoga, the ones that are interested and want to try, the ones that would like to practice together or to discuss yoga related topics, to learn something new, to practice a little more, to have some fun and meet people of common interest.

Single class price will be Euro 4.00. However if you want to pay monthly you can choose one of the following options...
Depending on how many classes you want to do per month I'll give you few different payment options.

1 class per week - Euro 14.00 (4 classes per month)
2 classes per week - Euro 28.00 (8 classes per month)
3 classes per week - Euro 42.00 (12 classes per month)

Please contact me if you have any doubts, questions or to arrange and set the monthly payment, please specify on which days of the week you are planning to attend and I guarantee you'll always have a space on those days.

El Yoga una filosofía, es manera de vivir. Es mucho mas profundo que ves a primera vista, el aspecto físico, pero depende de ti como vas a ver sentirlo y que experiencia te va a llevar. Se usan posturas del cuerpo, la respiración, concentración para acceder mas profundo una practica espiritual y las partes mas sutiels de la mente.

El estilo principal de este grupo es vinyasa que es tipo dinámico. Vinyasa significa poner en una manera especifica de parte de la respiración especifica. Las asanas (las posturas) estan conectadas con la respiración en una sequencia dinámica que produce calor, calrificando bloqueos energeticos, mejora la circulación de la sangre, influye la sistema nervioso y tiene efectos profundos en el cuerpo. 

El objetivo de este grupo es unir gente que está interesada en el yoga - aquellos que ya han encontrado la alegría del yoga, aquellos que están interesados y quieren probarlo, aquellos que quieren practicar en grupo y hablar sobre temas relacionados con yoga, aquellos que quieren aprender algo nuevo, practicar más, disfrutar y encontrar más gente con el mismo interes. 

Una clase cuesta Euro 4.00. Aunque si quieres pagar mensual puedes elegir una de las opciones abajo, depende cuantas clases quieres hacer por mes:

1 clase por semana - Euro 14.00 (4 clases por el mes)

3 clases po semana - Euro 42.00 (12 clases por el mes)
