Yoga is an invaluable gift of India´s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature.

The main style of yoga of this group is vinyasa which is a dynamic type of yoga. Vinyasa means to place in a specific way, on a certain part of the breath. All the asanas (poses) are linked together with the breath in a dynamic sequence which creates heat clearing energetic blockages, improving the blood circulation, working on the nervous system and it has profound effects on the body and mind.

The purpose of this group is to get people interested in yoga together - the ones that have already found the joy of yoga, the ones that are interested and want to try it, the ones that would like to practice together or to discuss yoga related topics, to learn something new, to practice a little more, to have some fun and meet people of a common interest.

Yoga es un regalo de la tradición antigua de India. Proporciona la unión entre el cuerpo y la mente, pensamiento y acción, restricción y realización, armonía entre el hombre y la naturaleza, es una aproximación holística a la salud y el bienestar. No es sobre el exercicio sino encontrar la unidad entre el si-mismo, el mundo y la naturaleza.

El estilo principal de este grupo es vinyasa que es tipo dinámico. Vinyasa significa poner en una manera especifica a una parte de la respiración específica. Las asanas (las posturas) están conectadas con la respiración en una sequencia dinámica que produce calor, eliminando bloqueos energéticos, mejora la circulación de la sangre y el funcionamiento del sistema nervioso y tiene efectos profundos en el cuerpo y la mente.

El objetivo de este grupo es unir gente que está interesada en el yoga - aquellos que ya han encontrado la alegría del yoga, aquellos que están interesados y quieren probarlo, aquellos que quieren practicar en grupo y hablar sobre temas relacionados con yoga, aquellos que quieren aprender algo nuevo, practicar más, disfrutar y encontrar más gente con el mismo interes.
