This Meetup will include Mommy and Me Yoga classes, Prenatal Yoga Classes and general gatherings for us all. Prenatal Meetups will be scheduled in the tech center at Ya Ya Yoga. Mommy and Me Yoga Meetups will be at Ya Ya Yoga, Sweet Beginnings in Littleton and occasionally at my house in Castle Pines North.
I do teach other Prenatal and Mommy and Me classes. If you are looking for something other than what I include as a Meetup, let me know and I can help you find it.
You can find a descriptions of the classes in each specific Meetup. Additionally Susan, co-organizer, will have her classes added to this group. Hopefully with what we both offer, it will give everyone options for classes and times.
Be sure to sign up for Meetups on this website to hold your spot. Space is limited and I won't always have room if you plan to show up on the day of the Meetup without RSVPing first.
