FREE Yoga & Potluck in Central Park

FREE Yoga in Central Park, Sunday, May 11th @ 12pm, followed by a picnic (bring a light vegetarian dish)

Join us for our first meet up. Come to stretch and relax. As we float through sun salutations, we will hear the wind and the birds, see and feel the sunshine, feel the soft grass....it will be a great experience! Get high on grass fumes!!!
