This is an opportunity for beginners of all physical conditions to experience the many benefits of yoga. Geri Davis has been teaching yoga since 2004 and her style is a mixture of hatha, kundalini, bhakti and ashtanga. Class includes the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) in vinyasa flow, asanas, pranayama and meditation. Friendwoods on Sunday afternoons at 2:30 p.m. The first class is free. I hope you will join us.
