If you're a triathlete, or do any of the three (running, biking, swimming), you won't want to miss this workshop! Johanne will take you deep into your bodies and focus on specific yoga movements and stretches to help you loosen up tight hamstrings and calves, groins, psoas, IT bands, and any other hip-related tension spots you may have. It will be detailed, focused, with precise anatomical explanations and individual guidance.

The workshop will focus on releasing tight hamstrings, calves, psoas, inner and outer hips. It will focus on the areas that you use most in your sport and teach you how to protect, strengthen, and lengthen. It will be personalized and catered to each individual with plenty of demonstrations, actual practice, and adjustments.

This is open to everyone, but do let us know if you are suffering from any acute injuries. 10 person limit!

Johanne is a triathlete, yoga teacher, and mother of two adorable young children. She is a very knowledgeable yoga teacher, has coached athletes for over 12 years. She has a wonderful, innate understanding of the minds and bodies of athletes.
