Foundational Yoga - S02E02
Details
If you’ve never done yoga before, this class is a great way to gradually immerse yourself in the aspects of asana (poses), pranayam (breathing) and kryia (cleansing). Proper alignment in poses will be emphasized through anatomical cues and hands-on adjustments. Breathing exercises will be taught and quiet time will be devoted; perfect for new students and those that want to refine their practice. The breath work will be geared towards relieving stress and the quiet meditation time will help improve focus and stilling the mind.
This class strives to bring a complete practice of mind, body, and spirit.
