This group is for moms, dads, families, singles, couples, and friends who are interested in YOGA! We host yoga classes taught by a certified yoga instructor, and have plenty of opportunities to socialize with others who are into health and wellness. We ARE accepting new members and would love to have you join us!

Please join us for yoga, refreshments, and other wellness-oriented activities. When the weather is nice, we love to get outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, too!

For those with children, we always have a babysitter available on-site to take care of the kiddos, and we offer children's yoga classes as well. So take your mind off things, and prepare to relax and have fun with like-minded friends!

Classes are primarily held in the Trophy Club - Southlake - Westlake area, close to DFW airport.
