March Madness is upon us at YogaQuest! Anything can happen during this month, HENCE THE NAME. We're diving headfirst into this month of madness with a very YogaQuest take on one of our fave films of 2015, Mad Max: Fury Road! This thing has everything we love at YQ - strong women, feminist principles, jacked up aesthetics, some dude in a union suit with a turkey stuck on his head, and of course, ridiculous action from start to finish. What a lovely day to join us for a quest!
YogaQuest is unlike any yoga class you may have experienced before! It is a unique blend of yoga and fan-fiction story-telling. What tales will we tell next? Visit us at our new Uptown location to find out!
Your quest is guided by a narrator and a certified yoga instructor, as the class embarks on an epic, and often ridiculous, journey through a popular fandom. Move through the story by following a yoga routine designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Pose nerdy with us!
This class is appropriate for all body types and experience levels. Bring a water bottle and come dressed to move. Don't have a mat of your own? We have mats and props available to borrow for class.
Class is open to participants 12 years and older, though students under 18 MUST be accompanied by a participating adult.
