Namaste, This Meetup Group is about Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Trance Dance, Healing, Pranayama and other form of healing movments that help us connect to our bodies and our spirits.

I hold free Yoga Classes or based on donations. Yoga is for everyone. Everyone shall be able to afford it. This is my Seva to My Community.

I am very blessed to be born and raised in India, the land of yoga. I learnt yoga since I was a child . I moved to Canada 13 years ago and now I know there was a purpose for it. I love my life as I enjoy the benefits of best of both worlds. I am a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher and Yoga Dance Teacher. My background is in natural medicines and I finished my training in India as a Homoeopathic Physician.

One thing I can tell you that Yoga is not about how flexible or how thin you are, it is about how connected you are with your body and your soul.

I am on this journey to educated people how to reconnect to their bodies and souls and my mission is to guide people to reclaim and manifest their inner peace i.e. spiritual power.

If you are ready, I am ready and here for you. You just have to show up!!
