What you can expect: A mixture of hatha and raja yoga presenting postures as "meditation in motion,"  breathing exercises, California Core, inversions, asana and yoga nidra/final relaxation. Mats, blocks, bolsters provided.  Expect a high degree of customization and hands-on assists no common in Minnesota or in "corporate" yoga (Lifetime, Corepower).

Instructor began practice while living in Asia, is Kripalu Certified (200 hr residential program in MA) and has a specialty in working with tennis players and golfers; also instructed students w/ numerous medical challenges in 10 years of teaching from CFS, FM, MS, cancer, weightloss, digestive issues.  Instructor has traveled extensively to CA, NY and Asia for ongoing trainings with the best teachers so she can bring expertise and tradition back to you!  

There is also a WED 9:00am class at Dellwood  Golf Club and a Tues 9am Class at North Oaks Golf Club, and a WED 7:45 pm at the North Oaks East Rec Center. Check these out on separate Meetups.   ALL are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. WELCOME!
