York has an abundance of fine public houses, and what better way to kick of a new social group than a relaxed chat, possibly with food, around the table?

We have a reasonable number of people in the group now, so let's do this! Postern Gate seems the best choice based on a compromise between centrality and seating, so we'll go there (and can possibly do future events elsewhere).
