Night Club Cards and Ski Club Fun

From: Dyan
Sent on: Tuesday, November 1, 2011 2:47 PM

Hello Everyone,

I saw Marie's notice about the Night Club Cards for Roundtop and thought I would extend an invitation to all you skiers and boarders (or wannabes) out there to join the Susquehanna Ski Club for some extra fun.   Our monthly meeting is tonight, the first Tuesday of the month, social hour at 6:30 followed by meeting at 7:30.   We always have some interesting programs and speakers and would love for you to join us!   Please mention my Name ~~ Dyan Yingst ~~ or include it on your membership application as your sponsor if you decide to join.   I served on the board of directors for many years, including all the officer positions and have run many club trips to fabulous ski destinations around North America.   We also offer the club cards good at RT, WT and Liberty, but we have additional options available with our skier development program ~ they are also on sale at tonight's meeting if you haven't already purchased as the discount runs out now.   Some of our trips still have openings and those trip leaders will have info available tonight as well.   My son grew up skiing with SSC and is now a proud member of the National Ski Patrol.   Many of our members are volunteers or employees at Ski Roundtop and we have always held a close relationship with them to promote snow sports in general.

Our monthly meetings are held at Doc Holliday's Comedy Club, Limekiln Road Exit off I-83 at New Cumberland.   We meeting for food or beverage in the lounge before the meeting starts.   If you come, just ask for me, or checkout the get acquainted party we have scheduled November 19.   Your annual membership fee pretty much covers a great party with live music and the chance to meet other skiers and boarders.   If you have any questions, please email me at [address removed] or call[masked]-4152.

Happy Trails,

Dyan Yingst, Past President

please list me as your sponsor so I can help introduce you to lots of folks

Subject: [adventurers-236] Ski Night Club cards available online!

Hello fellow outdoor enthusiasts!

The fall nights are getting crisp and that can only mean ski season is just around the corner. If you wished you were skiing or boarding in all that snow last winter instead of shoveling it, now is your chance. We do many ski events during the season and love to have as many members join us as possible.

The York Outdoor Adventurers will once again have access to the exclusive Night Club Card (NCC) for skiing/boarding this year. This card is good at all three local resorts (Ski Roundtop, Ski Liberty and Ski Whitetail) and is a great value. The card pays for itself in just 4 visits; add an Advantage Card or Lesson package and it pays for itself even faster.

New this year - Online purchase!  Go to, enter club code of 11441 and password of york.

Also new this year is the Night Club Season Pass.  It has the same benefits as the NCC, but starts as soon as the resorts open.  No more waiting until January to ski!

The NCC is a type of season pass, where you can ski any day of the week after 4PM (Sundays after 3PM) from January 2nd until the end of the season. You can use it on your own or when you ski with our Meetup group. You can add an Advantage card for just $20 to get additional discounts when you ski in the mornings. The Advantage Card option usually pays for itself on the first visit. Full details are available at

Forms and payment need to made online by by November 4th. If you did not use your NCC last year, you are eligible for a rollover card for just $30. Ski Roundtop will be sending you a postcard if you are eligible for a rollover.

Prices for 2011/2012:
Lift only: $174
Lift only with Advantage Card: $194
Lift with lesson (take a lesson every time you visit if you wish): $219
Lift with lesson plus Advantage Card: $239
Lift, lesson and rental: $259
Lift, lesson and rental plus Advantage Card: $279

If you have any questions, my email is marie7077 at yahoo dot com and my phone number is (7one7)[masked]one.

See you on the slopes!
