You Call This Yoga is an educational 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to teach people the benefits of, and how to practice, gentle mat and chair yoga. Our free public classes and in-house seminars provide practical yoga techniques for students ranging from the fit athlete to the medically compromised and chair bound. Our classes are currently taught by Dr. Howie Shareff, who studies at Moving Mantra Yoga Studio. Join us to bring the benefits of yoga to your everyday life.
