Contrary to popular believe, how far you go in your career is not based on WHAT you know but WHO you know. The more people you know, the better off you will be in your career. There are several steps and trick that the job seeker must know, sometime overvalue them self that would be major reason why a new job seeker can not find a job as well. I want to encourage people with their confident, teach them the trick to get a job whether apply online or directly and also see from different perceptive about their own skill.
