Life is difficult. You unknowingly make life more difficult and even overwhelming tackling it alone. Youre Not Alone is a support group for those dealing with relationship issues, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and anger. Its an opportunity to experience how much easier life becomes when you have the respect, fellowship, and understanding of a support group.
"You're Not Alone is unique. It is modeled after what you are very comfortable with and value greatly . . . your five physical senses: sight, touch, smell, taste, and sound. Working together (as opposed to separately) they provide you the information you need to effectively interact with your environment. Although the information from each of your senses is different, each is valued the same and contribute to the whole. The same applies to our group. Although every member is different, each has something to offer and everyone is valued the same. Collectively they provide far more than anyone can achieve on their own.
Most who attend find that it is the first time someone actually listens to them without judgment or criticism. They like the fact that they finally have found others who can relate with them and understand what they are experiencing. They feel accepted, appreciated and valued. Who doesn't want that? All this takes place in a comfortable, safe, and reassuring atmosphere.
What you can expect to achieve at "You're Not Alone":
Happiness
Improve your relationship with others
Greatly reduce the stress, conflict, and drama in your life
Overcome your fears
Realize your potential

Although Youre Not Alone can help you achieve these things, its NOT for everyone. This group does not provide professional services and isn't intended for anyone receiving professional help such as a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist. Youre Not Alone is for those who are self-motivated, have a strong curiosity, and deeply committed to changing their lives.
