Be a part of our YPM campaign for the Youth-Pull Your Pants Up! The Youth Power Movement is a licensed 501(c)(3) non profit organization whose mission statement is to engage and empower the mindset of the Youth by implementing the simple concept of "L'union Fait La Force"- Unity Makes Strength. Would you like to meet with other local people who are interested in Volunteering for their community? Are you great at gathering and discussing/planning community service projects? We have a project that we are planning to implement for our High School Youth. This project will include programs that will challenge these Youth in areas of:
-Etiquette
-Business
-Finance
-Leadership
-Politics
-Culture
-Arts/Theatre
We are interested in networking with like-minded individuals who have the creativity and work ethics in assuring that the programs for the Youth are FUN and effective. The following committees to participate in are:
-Development
-Outreach, recruiting
-PR/Marketing/Website Management/Event Planning
-Youth Mentorship- College Students
-Professional Mentorship
-Finance
-Fundraising/Grant Writing
-Programming
-Planning of Youth Programs/Activities
We only ask for 4-6hrs/month- Maybe less!
