People interested in having fun while getting fit, come join Zumba Saby every Friday and Monday evening from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the North Long Beach Community Center, located on South and Cherry in the City of Long Beach, 2311 South Street. Zumba is a Latin-base high energy cardo dance fitness program. Zumba is so exciting that you don't realize you are working out and buring calories. Zumba breaks the rules, NO MATTER YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, AGE OR GENDER: ZUMBA IS FOR EVERYONE!! Give me a call if you have questions: 562/477-1490

 

NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO BECOME A PART OF THIS GROUP. The classes are through the City of Long Beach Parks and Recreation, however, you may pay at the class meeting rather than on the city's website.

The classes are on-going. We meet twice a week Monday evenings or Friday evenings; please note  the classes are 4 week classes - $21.00 per mth, ( ex: months that have 5 mondays or 5 fridays we take one off - we skip one( ex: September 2011 has 5 Friday's we will not be in class on September 2nd - that is our dark Friday. Friday class resumes on Septermber 9, 2011) or you may walk-in for $6.00 per class meeting. You do not have to pay on the City website you may come to the class meeting and pay for the monthly- its up to you!

We do not meet on Holidays!
