We are a hiking group that takes the time to practice yoga, zen, or just sit with a pretty view and hang out. Meet others committed to the healthy living. Exercise, diet, and meditation are the keys to being healthy in mind, body, and spirit. Combining hiking with meditation/yoga is almost a perfect activity for healthy living. You will connect with nature in a new way and you get to meet a diverse set of people who share common interests.
