“I left New Orleans, after living there 40 years, post-Hurricane Katrina to live in Phoenix, and have met few New Orleanians since. I love all Louisiana music, though I am clueless when it coes to dancing.”

“I like Cajun music and cookin'. I keep some Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning in my kitchen and on my desk at work. I first tried it at Tipitina's in NO. Zatarain's Red Beans & Rice with Dixie Blackened Voodoo is a once-a-month requirement on my menu.”
