Thank you to everyone who came out for the Zydeco workshop last Wednesday night. 

Before I head south to Texas/Louisiana I wanted to see if there was any interest in doing a 1hr line dance workshop focused on Zydeco / Soul / R&B this Saturday afternoon.

While started mostly in the south there are many growing line dance groups around the country focused on Urban - Zydeco / Soul-R&B-HipHop type of line dances.

Lori in San Diego started a group recently and I had the opportunity to learn many of the most popular dances.  These are typically very short and easy to learn compared to the country western style dances that are much longer and harder to learn.

These types of dances are also helpful at events when there are more women than men or the rare occasion of more men than women.

The workshop would just be for an hour, this Saturday early afternoon around the Tempe.
