ARR October Club Ride @ Flat Creek Crossing + Pedernales Falls State Park

Park in corral area by main gate.

When: Saturday, October 11, 9:00am kickstands up - arrive early enough to prepare yourself and your bike.

Child Inc and Flat Creek are giving back with a free weekend of riding and camping. SUNDAY IS A TRAIL BUILDING DAY - if you are able, stay and camp out and then help Charlie and Rick with the new 'Beginners Loop'.

Riders will break into groups based on skill level, length of ride, and pace. "No Drop" policy in effect so no one gets left behind or lost. Bring plenty of water and don't forget your helmet!! ARR will host a post ride lunch providing the main lunch fixings, but all are encouraged to bring something to share (chips and dips, sweets, salads, sides and ice, ice, ice).

The ride will feature two connecting loops – the standard Flat Creek race loop (7 miles), and the newly constructed Pedernales Falls State Park Loop (9.5 miles)! You will NOT need to ride on the road, as the two properties are adjoining and the gate between them will be open for us.

The beginner group will choose one of the loops so the ride is manageable and you finish at the same time as everyone else and can enjoy post-ride refreshments with us!
