For our next meetup we're excited to have Maryam Ashoori talk about accessibility in design:
"In this talk, we will raise awareness about designing for colorblind audience and recommend some general guidelines for increasing the accessibility of your design.
Colorblindness is a decreased ability to see color or tell colors apart from one another. Approximately one in every twelve men and one in 200 women in the world are colorblind. In Canada this means that about 4.5% of the entire population are suffering from color vision deficiency."
