Slowly but surely adding technology: the github repository

Edward V.
Group Organizer

Slowly but surely, I'm looking at adding information to this project that doesn't live just in Meetup.
The first of these is a Github repository, which lives at
The idea is to keep Meetup for informing people about upcoming events, and to use Github as a way for organizers to track projects, share source code, and generally have a working space for collaboration beyond the meeting.
In the fullness of time there's probably more online tools to create. If you'd like to be part of the Github activity, let me know your Github ID and I'll add you in.
ps if you don't know what Github is don't sweat it - this is as I said just one of multiple paths I see for communications among interested people, and Meetup will still be enough to get to meetings.
