Welcome to a Meetup Group exclusively dedicated to Asian Cinema. We will gather when recent and repertory films from Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Taiwan and every other country I'm too lazy to type out will hit movie houses, art house little theaters and local film festivals in New York. We might also organize private screenings and watch DVDs together. For the die hard, we might even hit NYU or Columbia and attend symposiums or presentations.

Please feel free to use the message board to discuss whatever topic you feel is related. Oh, and if I missed an Asian Film playing somewhere in the city, please e-mail me or use the 'Ideas' feature. I'll be happy to make you an Event Organizer or Event Host.
