AcroYoga is a playful form of partner yoga that also incorporates acrobatics and Thai Massage. While this group is led by David Chapman, a certified Acro Yoga teacher, the "jams" will be informal rather than formal classes where the focus is playful flying, acrobatics, and community building rather than rigid structure. The basics will be provided for newcomers and safety will always be a priority.

Whether you're a seasoned acro yogi, practitioner of yoga, or just like the idea of playing with fun people, come on out. All levels are more than welcome.

Jams are free and most will be held in the park. No need for monetary donations but hugs, big smiles, and offers of friendship are always accepted.
