Active Moms and Tots provides its members with daily activities to support its members desire to be active with their children and the community. Some of our activities include:

Supporting our Kids:

* Playtime at local open gyms/parks
* Story time at local businesses and libraries
* Coffee/Ice cream socials
* Member hosted craft days
* Field trips to local museums, zoos, etc
* Family picnics, outings, and activities

Supporting our Members:

* Moms Night Out/In
* Facebook group for sharing parenting tips, recommending local businesses and exchanging ideas.

Supporting our Community:

* We participate in several community projects

We believe it is important for SAHMs to have support from other SAHMs who understand and have had or are having similar experiences.

Anyone can join our group our only requirement is that you remain active in the group and agree with our group policies.

Our events are located in the greater Seattle area; including Auburn, Bellevue, Burien, Kent, Renton and surrounding areas.
