Volunteers for Halloween School Festival

Calling all you Spooky Ghosts, Witches and Super Heroes

It's the Halloween School Carnival at Whitney Elementary, Thursday, October 28th!

This is going to be a really fun evening! Being one who absolutely loves Halloween, when I asked Whitney Elementary if they could use our help again this year, needless to say, I was stoked when they said Of Course! You've all heard me mention the plight of Whitney several times, so let me just say "it's an awesome little school"!

There's nothing quite like a school Halloween Carnival. The teaching staff at Whitney have created several "old fashioned carnival games" and a few staff members will also be doing face painting.

15 Reliable volunteers are needed for this event.
The administration staff will be running the booths they have created, but, they will need breaks from
time to time.
Volunteers will be needed to spin up some magic at the cotton candy booth. So who ever takes this one on, prepare to get sugary from head to toe.
We'll be serving up everyone's favorite, slices of pizza to the little princess's and jedi's. Some one will also need to serve up the nacho's to the wizards and vampires. Kids always love balloons, so we'll be on balloon duty as well. Don't know where else we'll be needed, so you'll need to be flexible.

Please come dressed in costumes!
Nothing to scary or suggestive, we don't want to give the little boogers nightmares.

We will need to arrive at the school at 4:30pm if you can't make it by 4:30, then please 4:45 at the latest. After we have all arrived Mrs Butterfield will be going over our task. Count on being there for approximately 3 hours, the Carnival is over at 7:00pm. We can pitch in afterward with the clean-up and tear down, and be on our way home by 7:30.
The most important part of the evening is to be flexible and have a good time.
