George McMonigle is an Agile Coach at Spotify. He is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with more than 15 years of experience in management, project management, and software development. He's been fortunate enough to be at the ground-level of agile transformations within the companies he's worked with. George has domain experience in digital advertising, social media, analytics, and streaming media, but is also eager to spread the agile message to other business areas and industries.

George lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Margot and two dogs, Satchmo and Olive

His goal is to grow high-performing teams and to help them continuously improve and find better ways of working. He also strives to support the organization to improve and adapt to changes. Anders has written articles and presented at several conferences.
